ORDERING
If the item is in stock your order will ship out in 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday! If an item if not in stock the item will be made to order. Made to order items take 4 to 6 weeks to produce. As soon as the item is completed it will be shipped out immediately & you will be notified via email.
For all in stock personalized items, please allow 3 to 5 days for engraving to be completed before your item is shipped!
If you have any changes to your order (shipping address, size, personalization etc.) please let us know immediately & we will do our best to accommodate!
If you need an item by a certain date, please email us at info@loratelier.com and we will do the best to accommodate your request!
CUSTOM ORDERS

All Custom Orders are final sale.
SALES TAX
All customers in California will be charged California Sales tax rate of 9.5%. All out of state sales will not be charged sales tax.

REPAIR
We take pride in the quality of our pieces but sometimes defects do occur! We will repair any items within 30 days of purchase free of charge for all manufacturing defects, including but not limited to broken clasps or missing stones. This does not include wear & tear, scratching, stretching, damage caused by the wearer or lost jewelry. Any item that has been altered by a jeweler outside of L’or Atelier will not be accepted for repair under our 30-day policy.

Any repair requests past the 30 days or from damage not related to manufacturing will be priced accordingly. Please contact us at info@loratelier.com for questions regarding repairs or a price quote for a potential repair!
CARE
Most of our fine jewelry is delicate. We do not recommend you sleep, shower, swim, or work out in your jewelry to prevent wear & tear! Avoid getting perfume, haircare, skincare, & household cleaning products on your jewelry as it may cause discoloration. Please avoid sources of high heat such as hair styling tools. Be careful when getting dressed as fine jewelry may catch on delicate garments, we recommend always putting your jewelry on last. To clean your jewelry at home we recommend you use a soft tooth brush with dish soap. Gently scrub the gold & diamonds and make sure to thoroughly rinse with water to not leave behind any residue. Do not use any harsh chemicals to clean your jewelry!
