RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. Jewelry must be returned in original condition with all packaging included. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to L'or Atelier & will be refunded once the item is recieved. All custom made or engraved pieces are final sale. SHIPPING

All orders over $250 are shipped UPS Standard Ground free of charge!

We ship orders Monday through Friday during the business hours of 10 AM to 5 PM PST. We do not ship on holidays or to PO boxes. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with undeliverable packages. 

All orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. If your order is in stock it will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most items are made to order & can take 4 to 6 weeks to produce. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
